When meeting with small business owners and human resources managers we are there to learn what's important to them, and the employees, that we cover. We have an array of solutions we can add on an a la carte basis.
While we would love to provide every type of coverage to employees, that may not be feasible, due to budget or other restraints. So we start with the #1 priority, whatever that may be, and get that implemented. The next year, maybe we're able to add the #2 & 3 priorities.
